Visit Teotitlán del Valle, a community known for its textiles and cultural traditions. Also, assist a traditional cook in creating a mural on the facade of her home as an advertisement.
Excursion to Hierve el Agua, a nature preserve with a set of natural travertine rock formations that resemble cascades of water. Also visit Mitla, an important archaeological site of Zapotec culture.
