I Had an Amazing Time With Beyond!

From the very first application to them, they were always there to guide me and give me advice. I got some great feedback and help with my CV and some really good interview practice. The internship I ended up doing was a marketing internship with a theatre in Islington. It was so much fun! I learned so many skills, and gained a lot of useful experience. Especially where PR is considered! I'm already in talks for a graduate job directly because of this experience! The London coordinators were such great people and super helpful! They were also a lot of fun at the Beyond events I attended (of which there were a lot, and often were covered as part of the programme)! Overall, I highly recommend using Beyond as it is such a stress-free way to complete an internship, experience the culture of another city, and really stands out on a resume!
We miss you already Shannon! 💛 It’s so wonderful to hear how much you enjoyed your internship and London experience. POV: When I didn't expect to have the time of my life

Especially when you consider I found them on Instagram. Regardless, it was one of the BEST experiences OF MY LIFE!!! The Beyond Academy staff was so beyond helpful with finding me a placement, getting me a visa, etc. Once I was in London (my placement location), the community team was there supporting me before I even set my bags down. Litterally, I had to call them to get my accommodation keys and they helped solve the issue in minutes! I could not have asked for a better experience with a better program!
We miss you, Maya! 💛 Reading this absolutely made our day — it brings back so many great memories from your time in London. Our team still talks about the energy and positivity you brought to the program! We’re so glad we could be part of an experience that meant so much to you, and we’re even more grateful for the lasting impact you left on everyone here. The most influential period of my life

I had the idea that it would be constant fun, constantly doing things and waves of excitement and learning. But it was a combination of those things, but it came with a lot more difficulties than I expected. However, I actually think that it was vital for my growth as a person and it turns out I’m grateful for them. I also got a full time job offer and I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish that had I not taken this chance. I will be forever grateful for it
