A course that change my life
June 30, 2020by: Mike Guterman - United StatesProgram: Italian Cuisine Chef Training + Restaurant InternshipA great combination of culinary practice and activities. I enjoyed learning different methods of preparing food. Being in the kitchen with everyone from different backgrounds was amazing! The main teacher, Chef Francesco, was extremely patient and very helpful. I worked for around 4 months as an intern in a restaurant located in central Florence where I could gain a lot of hands-on experience that I can now use in my own restaurant here in the US.
