Intern in Singapore with Absolute Internship

I recently completed a four-month internship in Singapore with Ecolah, focusing on the import and distribution of organic food products from Spain. This opportunity provided me with strong exposure to international logistics, customs documentation, and supply chain coordination. I gained hands-on experience in managing import procedures, supporting inventory operations, and maintaining communication with distributors to ensure smooth product flow. I would especially like to express my appreciation to the founder Beatriz Cadenas and the business development head Natalia Sarmiento , who consistently guided me and encouraged me to take on meaningful responsibilities. Their mentorship helped me develop a deeper understanding of how strategic decisions are made in a competitive market like Singapore. They created a supportive environment where learning and professional growth were always valued. Overall, this internship significantly enhanced my skills and broadened my global business perspective. Singapore with Absolute Internship was a truly life-changing experience. The housing was incredible—fantastic building and amenities all on top of a mall! The convenience was unbelievable, and it was possible to get to most places in Singapore from the residence without stepping outside. The internship itself was so rewarding and developmental. My company balanced my work so well, ensuring I got all the relevant experience I could want while giving me plenty of time to explore Singapore. Absolute's team's communication was fantastic as well. At one point, I felt underutilized at my internship, so I reached out to see what I could do. Within a week, they had communicated with my bosses, and I was getting put onto more tasks, more leadership in my internship, and everything was incredibly useful and fruitful after that. The helpfulness of the staff, the facilities and resources Absolute offered, not to mention the amazing weekend trips and the experience of my internship, made me 100% confident that my decision was right—that Absolute Internship is truly the best abroad internship program out there.

Got placed at a horrible company at first but within a week was placed at a different company after telling the program coordinator what was going on. Extremely professional and understanding staff! The weekend trips and other events organised with the other interns are all extremely helpful in getting comfortable in your program location and it’s super easy to make friends! Definitely a good cv boost as an added bonus!
