GHRI Back-to-School Eye Screening for Kids

As the new school year approaches, the Global Health Reform Initiative (GHRI) is making sure children step into class with more than just new books and uniforms—they’ll also have the gift of clear vision. This September, GHRI will host a Back-to-School Free Eye Screening Program for school children in underserved communities. The program will provide: Free eye screenings to detect vision problems early. Distribution of glasses to children who need them. Eye health education for children, parents, and teachers. Good vision is vital for learning. A child who cannot see clearly will struggle to read, write, and keep up in class.
